Introduction

Sugarcane processing and sugar manufacturing in sugar mills will produce a large amount of sugarcane bagasse. Sugarcane bagesse can be dried to produce biomass fuels, animal feed, etc. And it can be used as a substitute for wood for the production of pulp, paper and board to improve the utilization value of sugarcane bagasse.
Our bagasse rotary drum dryer uses hot air to contact the material directly to enhance heat and mass transfer, improve drying speed and output. The wall of the cylinder is equipped with a crushing device and a lifting system, so that the material is quickly crushed and scattered, thrown up to form a material curtain, and is constantly rolling, lifting and mixing with the hot air, greatly increasing the contact and heating area between the material and the hot air. And the final moisture content of the dried bagasse can be less than 12%.
The whole set of bagasse drying system is integrated, automatic and intelligent, simple to operate, safe, well sealed, efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Working Principle

After the wet bagasse enter the dryer, they are evenly dispersed and fully in contact with hot air under the flipping of evenly distributed boards in the drum, forming a curtain to accelerate drying heat and mass transfer. The bagasse is discharged from another discharge valve of the dryer under the action of inclined boards and thermal media.
