Biomass Pellet Burner
Introduction
The biomass pellet burner is a semi-gasified biomass combustion machine that uses biomass pellets as fuel. The biomass pellets can be made from wood pellets, wood chips, wood powder, and sawdust. There are two types of biomass combustion machines: air-cooled biomass combustion machine and water-cooled biomass combustion machine.
Features
1. Wide range of fuel sources:
Agricultural and forestry waste (straw, sawdust, wood powder, sawdust) all can be used as raw materials, with biomass pellets being preferred.
2. High efficiency and energy saving:
The use cost is significantly lower than natural gas, fuel, coal and other fuels. Under normal circumstances, the operating cost is about 50% lower than oil, about 35% lower than gas, and about 20% lower than coal.
3. Low carbon and environmental protection:
During the operation of biomass burner, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and dust in the flue gas have achieved zero emissions, solving the problem of high pollution from mainstream heating equipment.
4. Easy operation and maintenance:
Automatic feeding, ignition and slag discharging are adopted, the operation is extremely simple, and only one person is required to be on duty.
5. Low investment and operating costs:
With reasonable structural design, it is suitable for various drying tunnels and boilers with low costs and convenient retrofitting.
6. Wide range of application:
It can be used in steam boilers, hot water boilers, metallurgical industry, drying equipment, spraying equipment, and ironing equipment.
